Change of clothes and dry gear – available at the finish area
When picking up your bib, you’ll receive a race bag. You can pack dry clothes/shoes in this bag. Label it clearly with your name and bib number, and hand it in at the start at Golleneset.
The bags will be transported to the finish area at Goksøyra. If you have to withdraw, your bag will be brought back to Thon Hotel Fosnavåg for pickup after the race.

Food stations and toilets along the course
There are 8 food stations along the course, each offering a variety of energy-boosting snacks. Thanks to local community groups, women's associations, and support centers, you’ll be well taken care of. Expect energy bars, fruit, nuts, and hydration. Toilets are available along the route.

Running for a good cause

From the very beginning, Fyr til Fyr has always supported a good cause. The first year we raised money for the Red Cross and a new mountain stretcher. Last year we ran in support of the Norwegian Childhood Cancer Association.

This year, we run to support research on Childhood Dementia.

Each participant receives a green wristband along with the bib. We hope you wear it proudly during and after the race. Syver Blindheim and his family have deeply moved us with their story and efforts to raise awareness and funds for this devastating disease.
We hope all participants will join this great cause.

Fosnavåg Sentrum

In the park at Fosnavåg center, the qualification center will host food and drink stands all day.
It’s a great place to cheer on the runners! Stores in the city center will also be open – we’re hoping for a great atmosphere throughout town.

Along the course

We encourage spectators to line the course and cheer on all the amazing runners.
At the finish area in Goksøyra, the women’s association will provide great food and drinks.
Come join and support everyone crossing the finish line!

We’re excited to create Fyr til Fyr with you!
THANK YOU for joining us – and welcome to Fosnavåg.
